SheBuilds Enterprise L3C
Crystal J. (Crystal Monea) brings a builder’s hands, a restorer’s heart, and a faith that moves mountains. With a prophetic mantle and a midwife anointing, she encourages women to heal as they grow into their calling. Her spiritual encouragement and practical wisdom help women put feet to their faith, protect their capacity, and act on their vision.

Pathway 2 A New U
Pastor April Brown, affectionately known as Pastor A, is a pastor, Bible teacher, healthcare leader, entrepreneur, and mentor who empowers women to grow in faith and walk boldly in their God-given purpose.
With more than 25 years of service at Christ Harvest Fellowship under Bishop Lewis E. Evans, she serves as an Associate Pastor, provides administrative pastoral leadership, oversees the Educational Ministry, and teaches the Women’s Hour of Power. She also brings more than 25 years of experience at Karmanos Cancer Center, where she serves as Director of Concierge Services, leading teams that support patient access, navigation, screening and prevention, referring physicians, and medical records coordination.
April is the owner of Pathway 2 A New U LLC and co-founder of the Ola Mae’s Legacy Foundation alongside her sister, Ercile, and her son, Charles. Through Warrior Woman devotionals, War Binders, the Selah Experience, and creative gatherings, she helps women pause, heal, connect, and take intentional steps forward. She brings that same heart for faith, sisterhood, and entrepreneurship to her role as co-host of Released to Become Her.
A graduate of Eastern Michigan University, April holds certifications in navigation, communication, customer service, and leadership. A wife, mother, and grandmother, she lives by the belief that “Empowered women empower women.”

Dr. Angela Cadwell is a preacher and prophetess with an anointing for reconciliation. Her ministry speaks to places wounded by rejection, hurt, and abuse, drawing daughters back to their Heavenly Father and helping them embrace themselves again. She brings a spiritual mother’s love that reminds women they are loved and still belong.

Destine Kidd brings fervent intercession and prophetic ministry that speaks restoration to mantles and callings that pain tried to silence. Her message affirms that purpose remains beneath what women have been through.

Dionne Manley facilitates the hands-on patch experience with the heart and handiwork of a Proverbs 31 woman. Loving, nurturing, and generous with her knowledge, she sees possibility in the pieces and helps another woman’s creativity blossom. Come ready to learn, laugh, and create.
